Cinco Días 2012 Award
Our Project “Jóvenes Profesionales”(“Professional Youths”) receives the Prize Cinco Días for the most innovative entrepreneurial initiative of 2012. The award recognizes the work of labour integration of youths and commitment with personal effort as the keynote for progress and self-excellence.
The pioneering nature of the Project was highlighted as it incorporated a dual model that, while answering the needs of youths that had experienced academic failure in the past, currently brought them closer to the labour world.
Also the fact that the Project was the sum-total of efforts of a big company (Mutua Madrileña), pymes (Talleres Asetra) and an NGO, shows that there are formulas that CSR is not an issue exclusive to large companies and multinationals.
