Help young people create their personal brand and improve the professional skills of your workers!

The Yob Project aims to facilitate young people entering the labor market with the support of company mentors that help them to work on their personal brand and the creation of a useful network of contacts for that purpose.

It is a module of two months in which young people perform intensive training in which they learn to position their candidacies in selection processes through the following activities:

Initial Speed Dating, Identification of Competences, Creation of a Personal Brand and Final Speed Dating.

The methodology is based on the competency model, so young people can develop skills and abilities beyond their training curriculum, which will allow them to achieve their professional goals.
