Dear Friends of Fundacion Exit,  

I would like to begin this letter by expressing my most sincere thanks to all the collaborators from the education sector and the business world, members of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Council, as well as the professional team of Fundación Exit, for their hard work and commitment to the mission of the organization. 

Your responsibility, collaboration and support have been fundamental in achieving the objectives of the 2022-23 academic year and to continue to make firm progress in the fight against early school drop-out and youth unemployment in our country. 

 One of the most outstanding milestones of this period has been the launch of the new Strategic Plan 2022-2025. This plan redefines the role of Fundación Exit, focusing on the guidance and training of young people, thus maximizing the possibility of subsequent job placement. To this end, we have established strategic alliances with various actors in the ecosystem, with the aim of strengthening our actions for the benefit of young people in situations of social vulnerability that we have been serving for almost 25 years. 

In line with our new strategic focus, we have developed an innovative model of comprehensive job guidance for young people. This model seeks not only to provide them with tools to access the labor market, but also to accompany them to learn and develop their skills and connect them with what the labor market can offer them. 

In addition, we are committed to the digitalization of our organization and thanks to the support of the Next Generation European funds, we have been immersed in a process of digital transformation of the entity, which will allow us to improve our internal efficiency and strengthen our relationship with companies, collaborators, educational centers and young people. 

  I would also like to send a message to the business sector of this country, which plays an essential role in our society as a generator of economic and social wealth. I consider it essential to highlight your involvement in the guidance and training process for young people. You are key to guarantee the success of our programs and to offer real employment opportunities to young people. I encourage you to join Fundación Exit’s projects. With your collaboration we can continue to move forward in building a better future for youth and for society. 

 I would also like to address the world of education, especially teachers in vocational training centers. No one knows better than you that each young person is a world with their own needs, circumstances and abilities. We want to provide your students with the necessary tools to activate their hidden potential, to develop it fully, and to build their own future starting today. I am sure that, working hand in hand with educational centers and companies, we will ensure that young people continue their studies and thus obtain greater job opportunities. 

 Finally, I would like to end this letter by addressing all young people, the protagonists of our programs: We trust you; we know you have potential; we give you the tools to build the life you want and deserve. Without you there is no future.
