In accordance with current legislation on data protection, General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, (GDPR), the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of registration, or any other data provided to Fundación Exit, for access to some of the services or participation in any of the activities advertised on the website, are incorporated into files owned by this entity, with the following purposes:

• Applications to participate in projects, employment, internships or volunteering: for the purpose of selection, participation and management of these positions, we inform you that these data, as well as the results of the selection process and its evaluations. The basis of legitimacy for the processing of your personal data will be the execution of pre-contractual measures and, where appropriate, the execution of the relationship between the user and the Exit Foundation. Your data will be kept in our files for the duration of your relationship with us and we may continue to use them for future selection and/or training processes for a period of 2 years, unless longer legal or contractual limitation periods apply to Fundación Exit.
• Donors, partners and any interested person: in order to facilitate the provision of the services and activities required and for the correct identification of users requesting personalised services at www.fundacionexit.org. The basis of legitimacy for the processing of their data will be the execution of the relationship between these persons and the Exit Foundation. The data will be kept during their relationship with the Exit Foundation and thereafter for a period of 6 years, unless longer legal or contractual limitation periods apply to the Exit Foundation.
• To carry out statistical studies of users registered on ‘www.fundacionexit.org’ that allow for the design of improvements in services and activities and for the management of basic administrative tasks. The basis of legitimacy will be the legitimate interest of Fundación Exit in analysing the correct functioning of its services. Personal data will be kept for 1 year after it is obtained.

• To keep you informed, either by email, WhatsApp or any other means, of news, activities and services related to Fundación Exit. The basis of legitimacy is your consent, and your data will be kept until you revoke your consent.

• Compliance with legal obligations. Fundación Exit may keep your personal data and communicate them to competent authorities for the fulfilment of their respective legal obligations (for example, tax obligations or the communication of data on minors to the Public Prosecutor’s Office). The basis of legitimacy is the fulfilment of legal obligations.
