The essential purpose of the Board of Management and Advisory Board is to advise and guide the Foundation in making strategic decisions, as well as to represent it before public or private organisations with the objective of expanding the network and ecosystem with which Exit works and collaborates.

Graduate in Chemical Engineering from the UB. Vice-president of the Fundació Comunitària de la Vall de Camprodón, Trustee of the Vicki Bernadet Foundation and member of the board of directors of Assis and Ideas & Filantropia.

Graduate in Psychology and Senior Business Management Program (IESE Business School). Founder and Chairperson of AdQualis Human Results, consultant in people and talent management and pioneer in executive search in Spain.

Graduate in Administration and Business Management and MBA (ESADE). Post-graduate in International Management (LSE). Co-founder and director of Jelliby, with over 15 years of consulting experience in the field of digital transformation.
