For more than 25 years, at Fundación Exit, we have worked to ensure that no young person’s potential is limited by their circumstances. We connect education and business so that young people can discover their strengths, explore new education and employment opportunities, and gain access to real-life experiences that help them build their future with confidence.

We connect the worlds of education and business to offer young people in vulnerable situations transformative experiences focused on self-awareness, connecting with the world of work, exploring different professions and making informed decisions.
We do this through activities that take place both in the classroom and in real work environments, with a focus on sectors offering the greatest employment opportunities.
An guidance model that provides tools, knowledge and experiences built around four key areas for young people:
· Self-knowledge
· Exploration of the employment market
· Work experience
· Decision-making
We provide guidance and support for innovative training programmes that connect classroom learning with training in companies. This helps strengthen young people’s employability and their opportunities to enter the labour market.
We support young people as they enter the labour market, connecting them with companies and job opportunities through Fundación “la Caixa”’s Incorpora Programme.
