How can a company collaborate with Fundación Exit?

Companies can collaborate with Fundación Exit in several ways, all of which are aimed at generating opportunities for socially vulnerable young people.

  • You can make financial donations to support the development of the programs and broaden their impact.
  • They can also participate through corporate volunteeringby involving their teams in activities that accompany and guide young people.
  • Another way is to establish strategic alliances, collaborating on a more continuous basis in projects that connect education and business. If you are interested, you can write directly to: fundraising@fundacionexit.org
  • In addition, they can hire young people or participate in employability initiatives, contributing directly to their labor market insertion.

As a whole, it is a network where companies become key agents to improve opportunities for youth.

What involvement is being asked of companies?

The type of company involvement depends on the collaboration format:

  • If the collaboration includes the participation of its professionals in corporate volunteering activities, in the Coach Project Project is 20 working hours and in the case of Speed Dating Reverse about 5 working hours.
  • We also propose to collaborate with them by offering real opportunities, such as visits, training stays in the company or employment, bringing the world of work and education closer together.
  • In addition, they can support through partnerships or financial contributions to boost and expand the impact of the programs.

In short, we are looking for companies that want to be part of the solution, actively involved in creating opportunities for young people.

Can SMEs also participate?

Yes, in fact, one of the strategic axes for the coming years is to involve more SMEs, especially in sectors with a need for technical talent. For an SME, the most common model is to take on interns.
