Fundación Exit Receives a €3,000 Award from the Madrid City Council for Its Vocational Guidance Project for FP

Fundación Exit has received a €3,000 award in the III Edition of the Awards for Collaboration Projects with Third Sector Entities, organized by the Madrid City Council. This recognition highlights the organization’s commitment to the social fabric and its innovation in addressing school dropout and youth vulnerability.

The submitted project, “Innovation in Guidance for Vocational Education Youth”, is part of Fundación Exit’s Vocational Guidance Program and focuses on providing personalized support and guidance to young people in vulnerable social situations within vocational training programs. The initiative aims to reduce early school leaving and improve participants’ employment prospects, fostering skills, motivation, and real opportunities to access the labor market.

Fundación Exit applied to this call for the second time, and this year it achieved this recognition, which represents not only financial support but also an institutional validation of its work and trajectory serving young people.

The award ceremony, held as part of the VII Association Fair organized by the Madrid City Council, included the participation of council representatives and various social organizations. The jury evaluated the winning projects based on their social impact, innovation, and capacity for collaboration with other local actors.

This award reinforces Fundación Exit’s commitment to social, educational, and labor inclusion and provides momentum to continue expanding resources and opportunities to support young people at risk of social vulnerability through training and professional guidance.
