“Talento en Juego”, a project that promotes the professional future of socially vulnerable young people through sport
At Fundación Exit, we believe that every young person has a unique talent and that discovering it is the first step towards building a future full of opportunities. With this conviction, we have launched, together with Fundación Fútbol Más, the ‘Talento en Juego’ project, an initiative that combines sport, self-awareness and career guidance to accompany young people in socially vulnerable situations on their path to the future.
During this academic year, the project will be launched for the first time in Seville, Barcelona and Madrid, with the participation of young people aged between 16 and 19 who are enrolled in Basic Vocational Training Programmes (FPB) or Training and Integration Programmes (PFI).
Sport as a driver of change
Through dynamic and participatory workshops, the programme aims to help young people discover their talents, strengthen their self-esteem and connect with new training and employment opportunities.
All this is achieved through Fútbol Más’s own socio-sporting methodology, which uses play, physical activity and positive reinforcement, symbolised by its well-known Green Card, to boost motivation and meaningful learning.
‘Talento en Juego’ is structured around three fundamental axes: who they are, what they are passionate about, and what the world needs from them.

A space to grow, discover and decide
The main purpose of the project is to improve the emotional well-being and future prospects of young people in socially vulnerable situations through self-awareness, the development of life skills and conscious decision-making about their academic and professional future.
The programme is supported by specialised professionals from both organisations and takes place in sports and educational spaces that promote confidence, participation and collaborative learning.
Fútbol Más emphasises that “sport can be a powerful tool for connecting with young people, helping them to believe in themselves and discover their potential. ‘Talento en Juego’ is an opportunity for them to find their place and build their own path.”
At Fundación Exit, we fully share this vision and are committed to motivational and practical guidance pathways, adapted to the real needs of young people and linked to their social and professional environment.
Two entities, one goal
Fútbol Más is an international organisation with a presence in 10 countries, which uses sport and emotional education as tools for the comprehensive development of children and young people in vulnerable situations.
For its part, Fundación Exit, with more than 25 years of experience, works to reduce early school leaving and improve the employability of young people in socially vulnerable situations, connecting the worlds of education and business through transformative experiences.
With ‘Talento en Juego’, both organisations are joining forces to show that sport can also be a gateway to the future.
