During the 2025–26 school year, at Exit Foundation we continued to strengthen our impact by supporting young people at key moments in their educational journeys and helping them connect with the world of work. In total, more than 1,450 young people in situations of social vulnerability took part in our programmes this year, thanks to a collaborative network of companies, educational institutions, social organisations and volunteers committed to creating real opportunities for the future.

A year of expanding opportunities

The Guidance Programme consolidated its reach this year, supporting 976 young people in their process of vocational exploration, decision-making and the development of educational and career pathways. This work was made possible thanks to the involvement of 851 volunteers, the collaboration of 67 companies and the participation of 33 educational institutions, strengthening a model based on connecting education with the professional world.

Through the School-to-Work Training area, 362 young people received support through learning experiences linked to real business environments, helping them develop key skills for continuing their education and entering the labour market. Personalised guidance and strong connections with the business community remained central elements of the programme.

The value of building together

Every achievement reached this year has been made possible through the joint efforts of young people, volunteers, partner companies, public administrations and educational institutions. The commitment of hundreds of professionals who shared their time, experience and support demonstrates that collaboration remains an essential tool for reducing inequalities and creating new opportunities.

In this context, the impact of the Incorpora programme by the “la Caixa” Foundation also stands out. Between January and May 2026, the programme achieved 113 job placements, helping to bring employment opportunities closer to people facing greater barriers to entering the labour market.

Education and employment: A necessary alliance

In a context of educational and labour market transformation, Exit Foundation remains committed to models that bring education closer to the professional environment and provide personalised support to young people at key stages of their journey. Collaboration between educational institutions and companies continues to be a fundamental pillar for building stronger educational pathways and facilitating transitions into quality employment.

Continuing to work towards a future with more opportunities

Every figure reflects stories of effort, discovery and new opportunities. At Exit Foundation, we renew our commitment to ensuring that no young person is left behind and to continuing to build bridges between education, business and the future.

We will continue working to ensure that talent has the opportunity to grow, regardless of starting point, and that every young person can find new opportunities to develop their life project.
