I want to know more
How is the Foundation financed?

We are financed through a mixed model. We have the support of private companies that collaborate with our programs, as well as contributions from social entities and collaborations.

We also receive public funding through government grants and European programs.

All of these resources go directly to boosting our programs to reduce early school dropout rates. Each year we audit and openly publish our accounts and agreements. They can be consulted here.

Who makes up the Foundation’s team?

At Fundación Exit we have a professional professional team multidisciplinary team made up of specialists in education, psychology, communication, social project management and employment, who design and develop programs for socially vulnerable young people.

In addition, we have a Board of Trustees and an Advisory CouncilThese are made up of volunteers from different professional fields, who guide our strategy and guarantee the independence and good governance of the organization.

This set of teams provides us with a broad and complementary vision to connect the educational world with the world of work.

We also collaborate with a wide network of educational centers, companies, entities and volunteers who support our projects.

Why do you focus on Vocational Training and not on other stages?

Vocational Training is one of the stages where a large percentage of dropouts are concentrated. In Basic Grade, 41.7% do not finish; in Middle Grade, 30.7%. And this is the stage where connecting with companies can make the most difference between quitting or continuing.
