Fundación Exit’s mission is to reduce the rate of early school dropout among youth at-risk through an innovative guidance model in which the involvement of companies maximizes the possibility of subsequent job placement.
Our vision is to be a relevant player in achieving the European objective of reducing early school dropout rates in Spain to 10% by 2025.

The projects and activities of Fundación Exit directly support three Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the UN’s 2030 Agenda: SDG 4, SDG 17 and SDG 8.

The Exit Foundation Board of Trustees has been chaired since 2021 by Consuelo Castilla. María Herrero Pidal serves as Vice President, and Ángel Pérez Pardo de Vera as Secretary. The Board of Trustees is completed by a total of 10 members.
During the 2023/24 academic year, two new trustees have joined the Board: Hilario Albarracín, who has been collaborating on the Advisory Board for years, and Anna Buixó, to strengthen the entity’s digital transformation strategy.
Also noteworthy is the figure of Salvador Mas de Xaxás, Founder and Honorary President of the foundation.
The Advisory Board, made up of 10 members, is chaired by María Herrero.
In this case, Juan Gandarias, a professional with extensive experience in the financial sector and a strong social commitment, has joined the Board for the 2023/24 academic year.
The Fundación Exit team is made up of professionals from diverse backgrounds, all of whom share a strong commitment to our core values: equal opportunity, innovation and bridging the social and business sectors.

In the 2023-24 academic year, the Projects Department of the Foundation was divided into two areas: one focused on the Guidance Program, including the Coach Project and the other dedicated to School-Company Training projects. Each of these areas has specific objectives and activities tailored to different profiles of young people.
