Fundación Exit

We present our 2024-25 Report, a key year in consolidating our comprehensive career guidance model for young people in situations of social vulnerability, as well as in the evolution of our organization toward more agile, collaborative, and impact-driven ways of working.

During the past year, we strengthened our role as a bridge between the education and business worlds, combining methodological innovation, collaboration with companies, and corporate volunteering to improve youth employability.

Results that reinforce the impact of the Fundación Exit model

A total of 1,543 young people in situations of social vulnerability took part in the Foundation’s various programs during the 2024–25 academic year, supported by a network of 325 partner companies and 549 corporate volunteers, who actively contributed to the development of guidance and training pathways.

Fundación Exit’s intervention model continues to deliver solid results in terms of educational continuity and job placement. 88.3% of participants continue their education after completing the Guidance Program, while the School-to-Work Program achieves an 86% continuation rate.

In addition, 154 direct job placements were recorded during the year, strengthening the connection between training, business, and employment.

A model based on collaboration between education and business

Our impact is built on the joint commitment of educational institutions, companies, and corporate volunteers, making it possible to offer young people real experiences of contact with the professional environment and learning aligned with labor market needs.

In this regard, Fundación Exit’s presidency -during the past year Hilario Albarracín succeeded Consuelo Casilla– highlights in his letter that “only through collaboration and collective commitment can we continue to generate real opportunities for young people in situations of social vulnerability,” emphasizing the key role of the alliance between education, business, and the third sector.

Meanwhile, our CEO, Nacho Sequeria, notes that “the labor market changes rapidly, and no one is better positioned than companies themselves to provide training aligned with their needs,” highlighting the role of companies not only as partners but as active agents in improving youth employability.

This approach reinforces our intervention model, based on real experience, applied learning, and a focus on job placement.

Internal transformation to multiply impact

The 2024–25 year was also marked by a process of internal transformation within the organization, aimed at adopting more agile and collaborative working methodologies.

This change has enabled greater operational efficiency, improved coordination between teams, and the redesign of key processes, with the goal of scaling the organization’s social impact.

A key year for consolidating the Exit model

The 2024–25 Report reflects the evolution of a model that continues to grow in reach and impact, focusing on social innovation, collaboration with companies, and the creation of real opportunities for young people in situations of social vulnerability.

The Foundation emphasizes that the ongoing challenge is to reduce early school leaving and ensure that more young people can build a solid educational and professional pathway.
