The Board of Trustees of Fundación Exit has been chaired by Consuelo Castilla since 2021. María Herrero Pidal is vice-president and Ángel Pérez Pardo de Vera is secretary. A total of 10 members complete the board of trustees.
The figure of Salvador Mas de Xaxás, Founder and Honorary President of the Foundation, also stand out.
The advisory board, made up of 14 members, is chaired by María Herrero.
Fundación Exit’s professional team is made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share a deep commitment to our core values: equal opportunities, innovation and the connection between the social and business spheres.
Additionally, we have had the support of volunteers such as Christine Roiron, Juan Manuel Álvarez and Teo Corbeto, whom we thank for their time and dedication.
With the implementation of the new Strategic Plan 2022-25, we have made a change in the structure and organization. Below, we present the new organizational chart of the Foundation:
We have launched the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan that focuses on innovation in career guidance.
This strategic plan of Fundación Exit has been defined on the basis of the current context, in which various problems and situations emerge that we, both youth and society in general, have to face.
We would also like to highlight that we have given life to a very special project: the creation of an advisory team for our Alumni. This small group of 10 young people, from Madrid and Barcelona, has been selected among our Alumni as an advisory team. Their mission is to actively support our communications team in matters related to social media, content generation, and to act as spokespersons in the media.
