The objective of Fundación Exit is to be a bridge between the educational and social sector and the business world. Through the different projects, we focus on three areas:
Based on international evidence and following the guidelines of the 2022-25 strategic plan, during the 2022-23 academic year we are committed to launching an Integral Guidance Pilot Project with 38 young people from Madrid and Seville.
Convinced that guidance is the best tool to help vulnerable youth to build their future, we have structured the pilot project in three phases: self-knowledge, exploration of the labor market and decision making.
The objective achieved has been to implement a comprehensive guidance program so that young people can discover their talents and potential, offering them the necessary tools and connecting them with the reality of the labor market.
Project Coach is a corporate volunteering initiative to motivate socially vulnerable young people who have dropped out of school to continue their studies.
With this project, we connect the young participants with corporate volunteers from socially responsible companies who, through social coaching, involve their professional team in a solidarity action.
During the 2022-23 academic year, we have held 22 editions of the Coach Project in which the following have participated:
- 661 young people
- 674 corporate volunteers
- 77 companies
- 84 educational centers and social entities

The School-Company Program arises from the importance of young people obtaining at least an intermediate level of Vocational Training (VT) to guarantee a quality labor market placement. Thus, we are committed to bringing students and educational institutions closer to the reality of the profession and the sector, hand in hand with companies and their corporate volunteers. We also work on individualized accompaniment and the identification and development of competencies.
This course has had 13 editions in Barcelona, Guadalajara, Madrid, Santiago de Compostela, Toledo and Valencia; in which have participated:
224 young people
29 company volunteers
21 companies
19 educational and social entities
Specialization Training is a response to the need for young people to be trained if they want to access quality employment. Shorter training itineraries, such as those proposed by the project, allow them to acquire specific training, develop skills and drastically improve their employability.
During the 2022-2023 academic year, 8 editions have taken place in 4 cities (Barcelona, Bilbao, Granada and Madrid) with the participation of:
76 young people
