Project Coach is a corporate volunteer initiative that aims to guide and motivate youth at-risk who come from an experience of early school dropout through coaching.
Students will have the opportunity to discover jobs, professions and sectors through video interviews with company personnel.
Corporate volunteering project in which each young person has a company coach who accompanies and guides them in their process of exploring the job market and motivating them to continue studying.
