Young Promises
Coinciding with Fundación Exit’s 25th anniversary, we launched the campaign “Young Promises”, in which, through a parallel with the world of sport, we focused on the thousands of young people who, despite their potential, remain on the bench due to a lack of opportunities.
The campaign is based on a clear idea: when someone believes in them and gives them the chance to play, the game changes. With this approach, we aimed to highlight the young talent that often goes unnoticed and to emphasize the key role of companies and society in creating opportunities that allow these young people to develop their full potential.
As its main piece, the campaign included a video that conveys this message and calls for collective action to ensure no young person is left out of the game.
25th anniversary. Business solutions to drive educational success and youth employment
As part of our 25th anniversary, in March 2025 we held the event “Business solutions to drive school success and youth employment”, which brought together more than 120 companies in Madrid, along with experts from the educational and social sectors. The event became a space for dialogue and cross-sector collaboration to address one of the main social challenges: preventing early school leaving and improving youth employability.
During the meeting, we shared experiences, learnings, and best practices that highlight the strategic role of companies as key agents in generating opportunities for young people. We also put forward concrete proposals to strengthen the connection between the education system and the labour market, emphasizing the importance of fostering alliances that allow us to respond to current challenges from a shared perspective.
This event reinforced our position as a leading organization in developing solutions that connect education and business, as well as our commitment to continue promoting spaces for collaboration that contribute to generating real development opportunities for all young people.
In November, as part of the 17th edition of the Educaweb Awards for Academic and Career Guidance held at the Hub Social in Barcelona, Fundación Exit received a runner-up prize in the Institutions category. This recognition highlighted the impact and innovation of its Comprehensive Guidance Program for Basic VET students, aimed at preventing early school leaving and promoting social inclusion.
