In June 2025, there was a change in the Presidency of Fundación Exit’s Board of Trustees. Hilario Albarracín was appointed the new president, taking over from Consuelo Castilla, who left the Board after several terms, which began in March 2011.
The Vice Presidency is held by María Herrero Pidal and the Secretariat by Ángel Pérez Pardo de Vera. The governing body is completed by a total of ten board members, among whom Áurea Benito and Tomás Alonso joined during the 2024/25 academic year. Likewise, Pepe Menéndez and Joaquim Calaf stepped down at the end of their terms.
It is also worth highlighting the role of Salvador Mas de Xaxás, founder and honorary president of the Foundation.
The Advisory Board, made up of eight members and chaired by María Herrero, saw the departure during the year of Elena de Carandini and Domènec Crosas due to resignation.
From Fundación Exit, we would like to sincerely thank the departing trustees and advisors for their dedication and commitment over the years, as well as to welcome the new members, whose involvement will be key to continuing to advance our mission.
The team at Fundación Exit is the driving force behind our activity. It is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds and career paths, whose complementarity enriches our work and strengthens our ability to generate impact. They all share a strong commitment to equal opportunities, innovation, and building effective bridges between the social, educational, and business spheres.
During the 2024/25 academic year, this work has been further strengthened by the collaboration of volunteers who have made a significant contribution to the development of our projects. We would like to especially acknowledge the involvement of Christine Roiron, whose time, expertise, and commitment have been key to continuing to advance our mission.
The Foundation’s organizational structure is divided into six key areas:
Advancing toward a more agile, collaborative, and results-oriented working model.
During the 2024/25 academic year, the Fundación Exit team took part in an internal transformation process through the adoption of the Agile methodology, with the aim of evolving toward a more flexible, collaborative, and results-driven way of working.
This training, facilitated by the Institute for Transformational Leadership (IfTL) team, focused on self-awareness, trust, and the development of high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Throughout the year, these learnings were gradually integrated into the organization’s day-to-day operations, structured around four strategic lines: digital transformation, the unification of project methodologies, the redesign of the value proposition for partner companies, and the improvement of internal communication.
